What to Expect:
- We’ll review your movement goals and perform an assessment.
- You’ll learn safe, effective exercises tailored to your body.
- You’ll leave knowing exactly what to focus on next.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothes you can move in
- A small towel and water bottle
- Grip socks (optional — available for purchase at the studio)
And finally, if you come a few minutes early, we’ll discuss your movement history, goals, and any current pain or limitations.
