You might be wondering what to expect, that’s normal. This FAQ is here to help you feel comfortable, confident, and excited to begin.
Q: I’ve never done Pilates before, is that okay?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are beginners or returning after a long break. We’ll walk you through each movement at your pace.
Q: What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that lets you move easily. Avoid zippers, belts, or anything bulky. No shoes, we train in grip socks or barefoot.
Q: Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself! We provide all equipment. A water bottle and small towel are optional.
Q: How big are the classes?
Our semi-private sessions have a maximum of 3 clients, ensuring plenty of personal attention.
Q: What if I have pain or an old injury?
That’s exactly what Clinical Pilates is for. We’ll adapt every exercise to your needs, safely and effectively.
Q: How often should I come?
2 -3x/week gives the best results for most women, but even once a week makes a difference if you stay consistent.
Q: What happens after my intro package?
We’ll review your goals and progress together, then recommend a plan that fits your schedule and needs — whether that’s a membership or ongoing semi-privates. Our

Q: Is there parking?
Yes, we have plenty of free, easy street parking right outside the studio.
Q: Can I bring a friend?
Definitely, many of our clients start together. Just make sure you each reserve your spot ahead of time (space is limited). If you want to work with just your friend we can schedule a duet for you. Contact us to request a time.
Q: Can I schedule a Private 1:1 session?
Absolutely, sometimes clients prefer to work 1:1. We are happy to make it a regular session or when you feel like you want a tune up. Contact us to request a 1:1 session.
